Clinton’s lawyer accuses Mueller of failing to perform the duties of the Special Counsel

Muller’s investigation

If Donald trump was not the President of the United States, he would have been charged – according to most lawyers who give comments to the press recently. But one of bill Clinton’s former lawyers instead focused on special counsel Robert Mueller. In the newspaper “Washington post”, he accused Mueller that he “abdicated their duty” as a special counsel, not speaking from the traditional Prosecutor’s decision.

Kendall works at the law firm Williams & Connolly , where he is working and also another former Clinton lawyer Emmet Flood currently the counsel of the White house, and he also criticized Mueller recently.

“A serious violation of the special counsel’s duties was the failure to draw any conclusion as to whether the President obstructed justice,” Kendall said. He criticized the words of Mueller that “complex issues did not allow a final determination that criminal behavior did not take place.” While attorney-General William P. Barr and Deputy attorney General Rod J. Rosenstein clearly didn’t take long to resolve these “difficult issues.”

A precedent for investigating the President’s actions was established back in 1973, when the special Prosecutor of Watergate handed over to Congress a road map of evidence developed during the investigation of President Richard M. Nixon, with the approval of the chief justice of the district court. Muller could have presented the same road map without being charged with a crime. It does potentially can anticipate the constitutional processes to resolve presidental misconduct.

According to Kendall, Muller’s problem “didn’t look complicated at all,” so he calls Muller unable to come to a conclusion about the obstruction.
