Two days after Jeffrey Epstein’s death the FBI raided his private island, reported Daily Mail Tuesday.
Epstein, who committed suicide in his jail cell while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges, was arrested in the beginning of July and accused of sexual exploitation of minor girls. Little St. James, Epstein’s 71.5-acre private island which he bought in 1998, is allegedly the place where underaged girls were used as sex slaves.
The source for the Daily Mail, who provided a footage and pictures of FBI agents on the ST. James said: “I’m on a boat charter with guests. We are the only guests out here at the moment. We were enjoying lunch when we saw over a dozen people getting off their speedboats and landing on the island. When we looked harder, we could see the FBI logo on the backs of their shirts.”
“It didn’t take long for us to realize they must be conducting a raid on Epstein’s house.”
Some have claimed that there must be underground rooms below the house on the island, where Epstein used to hide the girls, however, such claims are not yet supported with the evidence.
One former air traffic controller told reporters that he had seen Epstein’s jet full of “female children” a number of times. “One incident in particular really stands out in my mind, because the girls were just so young. They couldn’t have been over 16,” he said.
The raid reportedly comes after US Attorney General William said that Epstein’s case “was very important to the Department of Justice” and to him “personally.”
“Let me assure you that this case will continue on against anyone who was complicit with Epstein. Any co-conspirators should not rest easy,” Barr added.
Epstein committed suicide on Saturday morning. Since then many conspiracy theories have been suggested and discussed both in the media. The FBI has opened an investigation into the death of the billionaire.
