Joe Biden says Trump is America’s enemy, accuses Putin of interfering US, Europe elections

Former Vice President of the United States and now a Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden claimed that Russia would not have interfered the US presidential election on his watch.

In an interview with Chris Cuomo of CNN Friday, Biden criticized the sitting US President Donald Trump and his administration for their policy. Biden claimed that America needs allies and Trump “absolutely dissing them.”

“He [Trump] is embracing thugs,” Biden said. “He’s embracing Kim Jong-Un, who is a thug. He’s embracing Putin, who is a flat dictator. He’s stiff-arming our friends.”

Biden also talked about NATO and its prospective if Trump is re-elected. According to him, if Trump takes office for another four years, there will be no NATO. “If he wins re-election, I promise you there will be no NATO in four or five years,” he said.

Biden accused Russian President Vladimir Putin of “trying to undo” not only the US presidential election, but elections in Europe as well. “While Putin is trying to undo our elections, he is undoing elections in Europe,” he said. “You think that would have happened on my watch or Barack’s watch? You can’t answer that, but I promise you it wouldn’t have, and it didn’t.”
