The U.S. and Russia have agreed to hold a full-format consultations on strategic issues in July in Geneva. Director of Russia’s Foreign Ministry Department for Non-Proliferation and Arms Control Vladimir Yermakov reported that they go on to form the agenda and nobody makes any conclusions until negotiations.
