Trump says his aides push him into war

US President Donald Trump has stated Friday that presidential aides are trying to “push” the country into a war with Iran, reported the Wall Street Journal.

“These people want to push us into a war, and it’s so disgusting – we don’t need any more wars”, – said Trump.

John Bolton, Trump’s National Security adviser, and Mike Pompeo, the US Secretary of State, both advocate regime change in Iran and called for military strikes after Iran shooting down an unmanned US drone. Trump cancelled the planned strikes Thursday as if proceeded, 150 people would have been killed.

“John Bolton is doing a good job, but he takes generally a tough posture, the only one that matters is me”, – said Trump.

US Cyber Command has also launched a digital attack and US is planning to impose more sanctions on Iran.

“The fact is we’re not going to have Iran have a nuclear weapon, And when they agree to that, they are going to have a wealthy country, they’re going to be so happy and I’m going to be their best friend”, – said Trump.
