The US President Donald Trump and the First Lady Melania Trump are to visit the U.K. this week. Their official three-day state visit begins today and makes Donald Trump the third president of the US to be invited on a state visit.
Yet, some media reports said Trump “is not welcome” in Britain and suggested that his visit would “draw protests”. The Guardian newspaper published an article Sunday saying that Britain is “on the wrong side of history” for inviting Trump and his family.
According to the report by Oxford Mail, British newspaper, an anti-Trump protest “CARNIVAL of resistance” will take place in Oxford on the first day of Trump’s visit. Another national protest is expected to take place in London the next day.
